About the role
The Role:
NorthCo is hiring an Eavestrough Installer to join our growing exterior team. This is a full-time role for someone who takes pride in clean, precise seamless eavestrough installs that move water exactly where it should go.
Your day is spent on-site with your crew - measuring, forming, and installing eavestrough and downspout systems, solving installation challenges as they come up, and keeping every jobsite clean, organized, and safe. You'll work alongside teammates who hold themselves to a high standard and get projects done efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install seamless eavestrough systems
- Install downspouts, elbows, outlets, and related drainage components
- Operate eavestrough forming machines and installation tools safely and efficiently
- Complete eavestrough repairs, replacements, and adjustments as required
- Ensure proper slope, alignment, fastening, and water drainage
- Work with soffit and fascia components when required
- Read measurements and understand job specifications
- Identify installation challenges and find practical solutions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
- Work collaboratively with your crew to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard
