We're looking for an Exterior Caulking Specialist with a steady hand, serious attention to detail, and pride in work that has to look as good as it performs. Sealant and caulking are the difference between a building envelope that keeps water out for good and one that doesn't - and it's highly visible finish work. If you take pride in tight joints and clean, tooled lines, and you want to work with a crew that actually cares, this is your shot.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Seal and weatherproof the building envelope - windows, doors, trim, siding joints, transitions, penetrations, and control joints
- Prep surfaces, install backer rod, and set the right joint design for a seal that lasts
- Lay down clean, tooled sealant lines with the finish quality this highly visible work demands
- Match the right sealant to the job (polyurethane, hybrid, silicone) with attention to adhesion, prep, and cure conditions
- Handle flashing, capping, and transition details alongside our siding crews
- Follow safety procedures while working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, lifts, and company equipment
- Communicate clearly with clients and Crew Chiefs

What We're Looking For:
- Hands-on experience with exterior sealant and caulking on the building envelope (or a strong siding/exterior-trades background ready to specialize)
- A sharp eye for joint detailing and clean, tooled lines - this is finish work people see up close
- Working knowledge of sealant types (polyurethane, hybrid, silicone) and how prep, adhesion, and cure conditions affect the result
- Valid Working at Heights certification
- Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions and putting in a full day's work
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel to job sites
