About the role
The Role: NorthCo is hiring an Interior Renovation Project Manager to own our projects from first swing to final walkthrough. This is a full-time role for someone who knows how to run a jobsite, keep trades moving, and deliver a finished space that makes clients want to tell their neighbours. You'd be the person holding the whole project together — building the schedule, coordinating the trades, staying on top of the budget, and keeping clients informed and confident every step of the way.
We're looking for a strong communicator and natural organizer who takes ownership, leads their team well, and treats every home like it matters. If you've got real renovation experience, know how to manage the moving parts of a project, and want to be part of a company raising the bar in the reno space, this is your lane. What You'll Be Doing: Manage interior renovation projects from start to finish Coordinate schedules, trades, subcontractors, and project resources Build strong relationships with clients through clear, consistent communication Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to NorthCo's quality standards Manage project documentation, change orders, and project financials Lead and support your project teams to drive successful outcomes Follow and uphold NorthCo's systems, processes, and values Our Core Values: Do the right thing: We act with integrity, even when no one's watching.
Partnership: We work toward win-win-win outcomes for clients, team, and company. Growth: We challenge the status quo and seek continuous improvement. Leadership: We own our roles and lead by example — no micromanagement needed.
Compensation: $95,000–$105,000 Apply Now! Sound like your kind of crew? Apply today.
